What is Intent?
Intent is a application which has been developed, built and designed in house by Intentio. It puts all the things customers need in one place.

Customers have the ability to get support, learn new things and keep track of how much its all costing them, It works along side Cpanel and puts all the information they need in one easy to find place.

What will Intent be?
Intent which is still currently in development and will be available soon will contain tutorials and frequently asked questions that will help customers get support quicker as well as learn new things!

We believe that if the information is in our brains why cant we translate that into a database, This way customers get to support themselves which speeds up the process of getting help. Of if help cannot be found in our support system our support staff are always here to help out.

Intent will also have an integrated account system which will have receipts from transactions as well as giving a summary on whats been spent, when it was and how it was. Intent will have all this information in a central database.

Intentio strongly believe that why should someone need to login to 2 different systems when we can do it all in one place. This is why we log all transactions from our payment gateways such as Paypal into a database. This means you are not required to login to Intent and Paypal just to see how much you are spending on your services.

Of course by the time Intent is ready for launch it will have changed a lot and would have had loads of new extras and features added to that are not listed on this page. But it will be there to help you and save you time.

When will it be released?
At this moment in time there is no officical release data set because it is in very early stages of development. How ever we will be looking for a few people to test the features and system to ensure its stability. If you would like to shed an interest in testing or suggesting features to Intent then please contact us!.
